​I understand some cancellations are unavoidable due to special circumstances.  If you find yourself unable to keep an appointment, I request at least a 24 hour notice. 

 

Clients who do not honor their appointments will be charged a $20.00 cancellation fee.  After 2 no shows and failure to give the required 24 hour notice to cancel an appointment clients will lose their booking privileges or be required to prepay.  

 

This Courtesy enables time to schedule another client and in turn, maintains a higher availability of services for you as well as other clients. 

 

If you are 15 minutes late or more, you will be asked to reschedule, applying the late cancellation fee.
